On November 17th, under a clear sky, the capping ceremony for the main structure of HL's Dexiang·Runyuan Project was successfully held at the project site. Bao Guangli, President of HL, He Kehong, Senior Management Consultant of HL, Zhang Wenquan and Yao Jinguo, Deputy General Managers, along with relevant organizations and individuals from all walks of life, responsible persons of participating construction units and supervision units, representatives of engineering builders and relevant guests, gathered together to witness this important and wonderful moment.
The ceremony site was neat and orderly, with guests standing in neat formation, full of energy. At 10 a.m., the ceremony officially started. The host introduced the attending guests one by one and expressed sincere gratitude to people from all walks of life who have cared for and supported the project construction for a long time.
In his speech, Bao Guangli extended sincere thanks and good wishes to the government for their care, as well as to all partners and front-line builders for their support and hard work. He pointed out that the Dexiang·Runyuan Project is a commercial housing project cooperated with Zhejiang Xindongyang Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Hailin is responsible for land acquisition, while Xindongyang undertakes construction, sales and after-sales services. Positioned as a "quasi-fourth-generation high-quality residence", the project adopts a series of new concepts and technologies different from other projects in its design, which will effectively provide homebuyers with a more comfortable living experience. Bao Guangli required that the later stage of the project will be organized and implemented with higher standards and stricter requirements, and the houses will be presented to Tianshui citizens with a "refreshing" experience. All sales tasks will be completed by the end of September next year, and the project will be closed as scheduled by the end of the year. Finally, Bao Guangli announced the official start of the capping of the Dexiang·Runyuan Project.
