To help newly hired employees have a comprehensive understanding of Hailin Company and quickly blend into the team, the company held a three-day new employee orientation training from April 14th to 16th.
The leader of the Human Resources Department of the company delivered an opening mobilization speech. Ranging from Hailin's development history, corporate culture, organizational structure, rules and regulations, employee handbook, salary and benefits, career promotion, to safety education, basic knowledge of bearings, the manufacturing process of bearings, on-site observation, and visits to the exhibition hall, it comprehensively and systematically helps new employees quickly build a business cognitive system, injects strong impetus into their new journey in the workplace, and stimulates the sense of honor of new employees to engage in Hailin's bearing business.
