On the morning of April 2, president Bao , presided over the March 2025 Operation Performance Analysis Meeting and First-Quarter Business Summary Conference. All senior executives and department heads of the company attended the meeting.
At the meeting, president Bao conducted a detailed benchmarking report on the completion of the ten key operating indicators for March and the first quarter, and provided a brief analysis and summary from eight aspects. He also awarded incentive rewards to the leadership teams of the Domestic Market Management Department, Production Departments.
Deputy general ganager Zhang Baoxing reported on the quality performance for March and the first quarter, and outlined the quality improvement plans for April and the second quarter. Deputy general manager Xie Xingyou briefed on export sales, and reported on the impacts of the two rounds of additional tariffs imposed by the U.S. on business operations, as well as the countermeasures taken. Deputy general manager Liu Gang summarized the production organization, and deployed the production arrangements for April, the second-quarter production plans, and supporting measures. Deputy general manager Li Chengxin reviewed the domestic market operations for the first quarter and announced the market support initiatives and key projects to be implemented in the second quarter.
Finally, Bao put forward ten requirements for the overall operations and management in April and the second quarter, and called on everyone to work together with one heart and one mind, focus on key indicators, and implement actions rigorously. He emphasized that by challenging and striving in the second quarter, the company will surely achieve its first-half production and operation targets.
